The Story Behind Lucky Jenny

Lucky Jenny was born from a simple belief: your clothes should feel as good as they look.

I started this brand in my Brooklyn apartment in 2019, fueled by countless hours

watching my grandmother sew, too many vintage shopping trips through Europe, and a

growing frustration with fast fashion. I wanted to create pieces that you'd keep

forever — not just for one season.

What began with five pieces and a vintage sewing machine has grown into a full

collection, but the heart remains the same: intentional design, quality fabrics,

and clothes that make you feel like yourself.

Every piece is designed with care, made to last, and created for the woman who

values story over trends.

The Woman Behind the Brand

I'm Jenny — the dreamer behind Lucky Jenny.

I started this brand because I was tired of clothes that fell apart after

three washes and trends that felt more exhausting than exciting. I wanted

to create pieces that felt like old friends — comfortable, reliable, and

always there when you need them.

My design philosophy is simple: timeless silhouettes, beautiful fabrics,

and details that make you smile. I'm inspired by everything from vintage

Vogue editorials to my grandmother's sewing techniques to that perfect

linen dress I bought at a Paris flea market in 2017.

Lucky Jenny is small by choice. Every piece is designed by me in my Brooklyn

studio, and I still get genuinely excited when I see someone wearing our

pieces in the wild.
